2. Cancellation Prior to Project Initiation

If you choose to cancel a commissioned service before our editorial team has initiated work (within 24 hours of project confirmation), you are entitled to a full 100% refund of the fees paid, less any third-party transaction or banking processing fees.

3. Milestone-Based Service Delivery & Partial Refunds

Because academic writing, editing, and data processing involve dedicated professional hours from specialized researchers and statisticians, refunds once work has commenced are evaluated based on project completion milestones:

• Initial Milestone / Concept Phase: If a project is cancelled during the initial outline or methodology structuring phase, a partial refund will be calculated based on the unfulfilled portion of the service contract.
• Completed Deliverables: Deliverables that have already been drafted, edited, formatted, or analyzed by our team are non-refundable once approved and delivered to the author.

4. Free Revision Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our editing, manuscript structuring, or data analysis, we provide complimentary revision rounds within 14 days of deliverable receipt to address specific formatting guidelines, stylistic nuances, or reviewer comments in accordance with your original brief.

5. Refund Request Procedure & Timelines

To request an assessment for a refund or cancellation, please email our billing department at info@lumexglobalpublications.com with your project ID, proof of transaction, and a detailed description of your request.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days following formal approval and credited back through the original payment method.
