1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Lumex Global Publications, submitting a research proposal or manuscript draft, or commissioning any academic assistance service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Clients warrant that their underlying research is authentic, ethically conducted, and complies with appropriate institutional review board (IRB) or ethical committee approvals.

4. Peer Review & Journal Decisions

Lumex Global Publications provides publication support, including manuscript preparation, journal suitability analysis, and technical refinement. Final publication decisions rest exclusively with independent journal editors and peer review boards, and are outside our control.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

All research papers, unpublished manuscripts, doctoral theses, experimental datasets, and communications submitted to Lumex Global Publications are treated with absolute confidentiality under strict institutional non-disclosure standards. Client materials will never be shared with third parties or used for external model training without explicit written consent.

6. Revisions & Service Completion

Every commissioned service includes agreed revision periods to address specific feedback, formatting adjustments, or academic refinement directly related to the original project scope. Substantial changes in topic, newly added datasets, or fundamental paradigm shifts outside the initial service agreement may be subject to additional consultation terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
